RIGHT OF CANCELLATION.
You may cancel your order (without stating your reasons) in text (e.g. as letter or email) or by returning the goods within four weeks. This term commences not earlier then the reading of this information. In order to observe the cancellation term, the cancellation letter or goods have to be sent in time. The cancellation has to be addressed to: robert@krebber.org. In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received deliveries (payments) are to be returned, inclusive of probable usufruct (interest). If you cannot return the received delivery as a whole, or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you will have to reimburse this loss in value.
The right of cancellation expires prematurely when the supplier, with the explicit consent of the client, has begun with the execution of the order before the cancellation term had expired, or when the client has caused this himself (e.g. by download, use of the ordered product, etc.). The term of four weeks for cancellation and restitution starts with the becoming available of the ordered product at the user; in case of a contract of recurring deliveries, with the arrival of the first delivery. However, the right of cancellation expires,
1. In case of a contract for the delivery of software by data storage device when the seal of the data storage device is broken by the user;
2. In the case of software or digital data available by download, at the start of the download of this software or digital data.
The right of cancellation expires at the latest, six months after arrival of the ordered software, or six months after the fist delivery to the user in case of a contract of recurring deliveries. This holds expressly so when due to insufficient or delayed information the term of cancellation doesn't start.
